Love

Mt 5:44 – Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

Mt 5:39-40 – … do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.

Ro 12:18-19 – … live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge,

1Cor 6:7 – Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?

Lk 6:29-30 – … if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.

Mt 5:25 – Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court.

1 Cor 6:7 – The very fact that you have lawsuits means that you have been defeated already.

Mercy

1Tim 6:8 – But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.

Living

Ro 12:2 – Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Prayer

Lk 18:1  – Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

Mt 7:12  – So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.
